La Balade des Sauveurs (the tasting trail) Armed with your mountain-bike, a packed meal of local produce and your road-map, set off on a journey to discover the flavours of Roquebrune. You can visit an olive-oil domain, a farm where you can pick your own fruit and vegetables, the chocolate museum, as well as the House of local produce and that of honey. La Tour du Rocher (promenade around the Rock) Explore the magnificent rocher (rock) de Roquebrune. An 8 kilometres (5 mile) promenade through little lanes. The start is a little difficult. La Forêt de Paylaison et de Terregaste (The forests of Paylaison and Terregaste) There are several easy small paths and tracks possible.The forests of Paylaison and Terregaste are situated at the foot of the Esterel mountain range, affording breathtaking panoramic views of the Maures massif, the Esterels and the mountainous region of the Upper Var. Flat country and easy-going for one and all, forests with their scent of pine trees. You are deep in the heart of southern France. Les Gorges du Blavet (The Blavet Gorges) In the midst of the Esterel massif, discover this magnificent region, as you make your way through forests and fiery-red gorges. This trail is more physically demanding, with a few tricky passages (steeper climbs and more difficult slopes to descend).
